Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Kabbes Development collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, display name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), and optional profile details such as company, bio, and avatar.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor. We receive transaction metadata (amounts, plan, status) but never store your full card number.
- Usage data — projects, templates, builder activity, AI credit usage, support tickets, and basic technical data (IP address, device/browser type) for security and operations.
- Support content — messages, attachments, and order context you submit when you contact us.
- Cookies — strictly-necessary cookies for sessions and security; see Section 5.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the platform, builder, and AI features.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and meter AI credits.
- To deliver support and respond to your requests.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that is PCI-DSS compliant. Card details are entered directly with the provider and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. The provider's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers (payment processing, email delivery, hosting infrastructure, error monitoring) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- The connected operations admin panel, which syncs your account, order, and ticket data so the team can support you.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
5. Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We aim to minimize non-essential tracking. Where we use analytics, we prefer privacy-preserving configurations. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling necessary cookies may break sign-in.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords, access controls, encrypted transport, and tightened browser security headers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your profile in Settings, or contact us to exercise other rights. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. Children
The platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where required by law.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us.
