What we do, and what it costs.
Three services and three prices. If your project does not fit one of them, say so and we will tell you honestly.
Built around the decision.
We start with what a customer needs to know before they get in touch, then build the page around that. Structure and copy come first; the design follows the words.
Everything is responsive, keyboard accessible, and fast on a phone on mobile data — which is where most of your visitors actually are.
Enough identity to be consistent.
A mark, a type scale, a colour system, and the few rules that keep them from drifting. Delivered as real files you can hand to a printer or a sign maker.
Not a 90-page brand manual nobody opens. The version a small business will actually use.
Someone who answers.
Hosting, updates, backups, and a small monthly allowance of content changes. You email a person, not a ticket queue.
Cancel any time. Your domain and your site are in your name from day one, so leaving costs you nothing but the notice.
Fixed price. Named scope.
No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. If the scope changes we agree it first.

The things people ask first.
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do — the domain, the hosting account, and the code. We register everything in your name from the start, so nothing is tied to us.
What do you need from me?
An hour of conversation, any photography you already have, and reasonably quick answers on approvals. We write the copy from the interview.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Yes. You get a short screen recording covering the three edits people actually make — text, images, and contact details.
What if I need changes later?
The first 30 days are included. After that it is either a monthly care plan or hourly work at a rate we agree up front.
Do you take a deposit?
Half up front and the balance at launch. For larger projects we bill against milestones instead.
Not sure which one fits?
Describe the business in a couple of sentences and we will tell you which tier makes sense — including if the answer is none of them.
